What you'll need
Have these ready before you start — it takes most people under 15 minutes.
Individual clients (KYC)
- Personal details: legal name, date of birth, nationality, phone, residential address.
- Government-issued ID: Ghana Card (front + back), Passport (bio page), or Driver's licence (front + back).
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months: utility bill, bank statement, or tenancy agreement.
- Source of funds: occupation, employer (if any), expected monthly OTC volume in USD.
Corporate clients (KYB)
- Company profile: name, registration number, country and date of incorporation, business type, addresses, business activities.
- Primary contact: name, title, email, phone, ID upload, and proof of address dated within 3 months.
- Directors: name, nationality, ID upload, proof of address for each director.
- Shareholders / UBOs: covering at least 25% ownership; flag anyone with 10% or more.
- Company documents: proof of business address, recent bank statement, certificate of incorporation, Form 3, shareholder register, signed UBO declaration.
- Optional: board resolution and company constitution.
